Skeptic Pastor - Founder

Jeremy is a writer, conspirator, and spiritual entrepreneur who hasn’t given up on Christianity yet, even though its adherents make it hard. As the Head of the nooma community he spends his time exposing corruption in the church, offering a progressive take on ancient spiritual texts, helping people find spiritual beliefs that work for them, and nurturing our accepting, supportive community.

  • Brian D. Mclaren

    Brian is an author, speaker, activist, and public theologian. A former college English teacher and pastor, he is a passionate advocate for "a new kind of Christianity" - just, generous, and working with people of all faiths for the common good. He is an Auburn Senior Fellow, a contributor to We Stand With Love, and a leader in the Convergence Network, through which he is developing an innovative training/mentoring program for pastors and church planters.

  • Rachel Billups

    Rachel Billups is an author, leader and visionary. She currently serves as the Senior Pastor at New Albany United Methodist Church. Rachel is an ordained Elder within the United Methodist Church and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible/religion and History from Anderson University and a Master of Divinity Degree from Duke Divinity School. She and her husband, Jon, have four children – Adeline, Christopher, David and Sarah.

  • Derrick Scot III

    Derrick Scott, III is the associate director of learning and innovation at Wesleyan Impact Partners, and the creative producer of Studio Wesley, a ministry that’s exploring how to serve college-aged young adults in the digital space. He is passionate about empowering a new generation of leaders and laborers who will live as disciples of Jesus Christ to transform the world. He has an undergraduate degree in history, is a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, and is a textbook introvert.

  • Matt Rawle

    Matt Rawle is Lead Pastor at Asbury United Methodist Church in Bossier City, Louisiana, and a graduate from the LSU School of Music and Duke Divinity School. Matt is an international speaker who loves to tell an old story in a new way, especially at the intersection of pop culture and the church. He is the author of many books including The Salvation of Doctor Who, The Redemption of Scrooge, What Makes a Hero?, and The Gift of the Nutcracker.

  • William T. Chaney

    William is an entrepreneurial church planter and has planted churches in Baltimore, MD, and Grayson, GA. He is a CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, a CliftonStrengths Discovery Course Trainer, an Employee Engagement Champion, and a Builder Profile 10 Coach with Gallup. William also serves as the managing partner of the Chaney Coaching Group and the Pastor of Chesterbrook UMC.

  • Phil Dieke

    Phil is the Director of Congregational Innovation at Austin Seminary. He workd with The 787 Collective to create new ways for young adults and communities of faith to be in relationship for mutual transformation toward healing and wholeness.. Phil earned a Master of Theological Studies from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. He is the co-host for Radical Sacred podcast.

  • Melissa Dunlap

    Melissa is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She coaches church pastors and writes grants for new church starts and churches that serve diverse populations. Rev. Dunlap is appointed to extension ministry at The Vine Church in Dun Loring, Virginia.
